You can let them decide themselves. But they should undress anyway at the end of the bath if you plan to wash them and not just let them play in water. Isn't 6 children too many for 1 bath tub? It should be a size of a small pool to fit all of them.
Also, I know in some families in such situations, where children are not siblings, girls bath in underpants and boys naked, and boys washed first. But it is better to bath them separately.
