Yes, I should have remembered Teresa's recent post as I did comment on it.

Thanks for reminding me of Jean and her son Don. Loved that they both posted here and miss their remarks.

I was reminded of something I posted many moons ago about my mother smoking back in the day - she finally knocked the habit on the head in her 40s. Mum used to say her 3 favourite smokes of the day were the first one in the morning, the one after the evening meal, and any cigarette after she had spanked my sister or myself! Jean said that was her favourite smoke too - after spanking Don's bare bottom.

My daughter is 17.
