Subject: Anyone think they will ever split completions over 100 at MARO?

Seems like judges would be able to stay focused for a shorter amount of time, and have an easier time remembering all of the dancers.Also the Irish Points system would work better with smaller competitions. I know Mid-America Splits at their Oireachtas and they seem to have even figured out a way to make the splits more even. I think it would make MARO more fair.

There needs to be a governing body where feises report results and that is used to allow entry. Too much honors system in ID (NT) -- where we already know there is no honor., 07:21:08 07/18/23 Tue
- There used to be that. The NAFC oversaw all feis in NA. NAFC was working on a uniform guidance across NA regions. But, IDTANA voted to do away with it several years ago. (NT) -- Honor system? really?, 20:16:41 07/18/23 Tue

Sorry, but inaccurate about the NAFC. The only results that had to be reported to NAFC were first place Open winners to validate eligibility to (NT) -- dance in Belt Competitions., 10:03:46 07/19/23 Wed
