IF THEY NEEDED ANOTHER FEE- do it at registration. There is technology that could be used so you don’t need a wristband and it’s outrageous to think that dancers who are mostly under the age of 18 would be at a venue without their parents or another adult. A reasonable $25 family fee for the week would have been more than enough
