Subject: Why does the Mid Atlantic region not supply an area/room for hair and makeup vendors when most other regions do?

It seems people complain that vendors are not supported and people just do hair and makeup from their hotel rooms. If there was a designated area for hair and makeup this could be alleviated, instead vendors have to find their own space. Why would people pay a vendor fee if they are not guaranteed a space to set up? Doesn't really make sense, as the vendor area is huge!!!
