Subject: If you wish to suffer the barbs and arrows being slung by others, dance in another region in OC. Boom, done. Many others before you have done so. Or simply enter an OC comp with your teacher's approval. They still have final say about moving up. Your TC can also enter you in for the NAIDC

Is it rule bending? Somewhat, but since so many others have done it, why not? Do rules really matter anymore?
