Maybe this is Chris' social media person who monitors what people say on social media and passes it along.
I think if I did the job I might reach a point with some people where I would want to say "Are you listening to yourself?!" to them.
I think everyone in Isaakland has heard some doozy stories from a few fans who have some weird beliefs about their relationships with him. I have too, but I can't say Chris knows about them.
