It was interesting to hear stories from people who worked for the Wynn. Everyone we spoke to was very happy with their jobs. They get paid one hour lunches so somebody is doing something right.

One of the restaurants I went to was called Sinatra. Everything in the restaurant had some affiliation with Frank Sinatra - right down to the expensive buckles on the back of the chairs. The menu is all something Frank would have liked. Sinatra’s grandsons run this chain of restaurants, including lessons for the chefs on how to make the meals Frank’s way. It was classy and fine dining at its best. They even put napkins in our laps!

The lady in Red had skills. She made it on the stage without showing her underwear. That’s got to score some points.

What he did with Silent Night at the end is the kind of thing that makes Chris so endearing.
