Subject: Many people are bipolar and don't even know it.

And sometimes it isn't even bipolar disorder. It can be allergy problems, drug sensitivities, caffeine, sugar.

I had mold allergies for years (never knew it) and a couple of years ago, it got so bad. I was having severe panic attacks. My doctor prescribed Prozac, but I flushed it. I just knew it was allergies and did not want to do drugs for it. So I went to a specialist, had shots for three years every week, and today they are gone!! I feel better than I ever have.

I know bipolar can run in families and my extended family has a member that deals with it, but works as a nurse in critical care unit in CA. It's a top notch Hospital. She has worked there for years. She lives a good life. So there is hope. But you just have to realize what's going on. Be your own best friend and in tune with yourself. And if bipolar doesn't run in the family, check out other possible causes - allergies, sensitivities, try essential oils, natural vitamins, healthy foods, etc..

Hester really needs a family member to intervene. It's embarrassing. She really thinks that Chris and the guys are purposing not going to the UK. She is taking everything personally which can spell trouble. She needs help.
