One convinced herself that he has been pining for her since the 80's. He made eye contact during a show, but she didn't chase him, so she thinks she broke his heart.
Of course, he never makes eye contact with anyone during a show,so she must be right. The fact that he doesn't know her doesn't really matter.
The other? I don't know if she makes it all up for attention, if someone is playing with her online or if she is just delusional. Anyone that believes Chris is sending them secret messages in his interviews, during concerts on the other side of the world, or through the songs other musicians play at their concerts, has a problem.
If Chris wants to date someone or spend time with them, he will ask them out. He won't wait years and he won't send public or cryptic messages. He also would not want anyone sending him public messages.
Considering all of his fans and the flirty nature of his stage persona, it really isn't surprising. There are others in other parts of the world. With the internet, we just know more about more people.
