After hot and sweaty concerts, there have been times when he has wanted to just call it a night(I'm sure). Back in the M&G days, he would stay until the last person at concerts I went to. Sure there were times he would get snippy. Hell, he barked at me once. But I didn't think @sshole. I thought the man's tired and having a bad night. After that he was pretty damn nice, well.... maybe another time he was grumpy. I like him, I think he's a nice guy. He's 60 years old and how many have said really bad things about him, huh? I don't see exes attacking him, they all still want him. LOL BTW, I remember a friend in CA saw him one time and he looked so pale in the lengthy M&G. Near the end they rushed him out and he was pale and very sick. He stayed as long as he could. Dedication? you betcha!!
