How he is with the band mates and stage crew.
People keep on working for someone for years upon years because generally, the boss is a not jerk or else the pay is so astronomical that you put up with insanity. One or the other.
Over the years I have read 2 stories complaining about him. One was that years ago he wouldn't allow guys up on stage to dance and a gay guy was miffed and in another an autograph seeker was blown off when they wanted something for an ill relative (which I do not think they explained but it affected their sense of him.)
I have heard many more stories about how he stayed after until everyone got their moment.
