Most people do not say anything negative about employers because they want a good recommendation so if bad-mouthing got back to someone, Would you risk? Talking to your good friends who don't go on message boards or run in same industry is unlikely to go anywhere. New employers don't look kindly if you talk poorly. Not saying either way, but you can be perceived as whiner instead of doer. Perspective. .
