Date Posted: 18:36:39 10/09/18 Tue 'Draft' for the nurse administrator ma'am may: 1. the contract of doc luis is with ED's office. After all the signatures at ED, it will be forward to FMD. 2. The contract of bea is having a note from ded's office: a) not to let bea report to office unless there's the contract. I talked with odet and fatima this morning and odet told me it will be unfair for bea not to be given salary on the first day she worked at the clinic (So she just told me that after completing all the requirements for bea's contract, you just have to make justification as to the effectivity of bea's working date. Meanwhile, they're not giving to me the the minutes of PSB deliberation but odet and fatima told me that last oct. 4, they already met and agreed in hiring (bea or any for that purpose..but now it's bea upon your decision). ms. odet was quite adamant while you acted so swift and so soon upon letting bea report to office. she gave back to me bea's document and told me to wait for you before they can act on the matter. 3. about yesterday's case, an asthma patience was given medication by our lady doctor. bea 'took ar small amount or quantity ' of whiteflower scent to help the patient. I just increased the oxygenation (put the aircon to the maximum) to help the patient and assisted her in drinking her med. The latter was also into pursed-lip breathing (We don't have oxygen mask or tank if worst scenario could eventually happen.). The patient went home 'happy'. 4. Some patients looked for glucometer, weighing scale (the clinic’s scale is dilapidated already), gauze bandage, and many are looking for vitamin b complex and ascorbic acid. 5. I’ll continue with the pasting of employees’ names on the index cards for med and I’m hoping to finish it today. I’m at letter H already in the alphabetical listing or order. How’s butuan?
