Dear Doc Perez,

The ‘Putting up of a Teen Center’ document sent to your office this morning for your signature, seeking for partnership with Abalos and Gonzales- re : 41-million- peso project for the establishment of Teen Center (Location: in front of POPCOM Main building) was made because, as per my knowledge (I have to verify this with the nurse administrator, Ms. Maylin through FB PM chat because she’s in Butuan City participating in a medical mission), Abalos and Gonzales cannot find the original letters about the building of this teen center which was given to them several months ago. Thus, they ‘demanded’ for the ‘reconstruction’ of the letter, expressing hope and willingness on their part to help build the teen center with their monetary support.

Recently or a couple of days ago, Nurse Administrator Maylin was communicating with Abalos/Gonzalez regarding the project which, I believe, as I heard their conversation over the phone, the latter expressed much willingness to help.

I went there at OED Office at 10:00 a.m. this morning , trying to see if the letter has been signed but you, sir, noted in those ‘reconstructed letters’ to ‘hold’ it in abeyance (until January next year, according to your staff) after the Admin has finally computed the cost of estimates for the building construction.
