Hi. Seemingly the disciplinary approach in place for you is working out well since you are complimentary of your relationship. So who can say that anything should change. Jen has posed a number of good questions and mine would be whether or not any of your daughters are being discipline like you because the same expectation of behavior is expected from them, and do you both discipline them?
