Tell her plainly that she has done X and she needs a good spanking. sit in a straight armless chair. Call her over to you. continue to lecture her on what she has done. Lower her pants and panties. Get her over your lap. For a first spanking use your hand and start smacking. light at first and increase strength. You should get up to hard smacks all over her bottom until bright red. Being sure to heat up the area where the bottom meets the thighs.
Let her up. she should be put nose to a corner with her bottom on display. the amount of time is up to you. no talking and NO RUBBING.
