This season is MUCH better than last year to this point. I like Lanier a lot. The main reason I got on him was that I hold him to a high standard and the last two games we didn't meet my expectations.

My main goal is for us to finish strong and finish at least 4th. If we can do that (which I believe we will) we have a good shot at defending our title.
