some of the criticism.............and rightfully so, is not so much for Lanier to divulge any coaching genius.........we are talking out how things unfold right in front of him, and he (as well as the staff) does not adjust one iota..........that is frustrating. Clearly, in the Marist game, he could have pressed, more so, they STOPPED pounding the ball into the inside by attacking that Red Fox zone (man at the foul line to open up the lane)........which was clearly exemplied by Tommy Mitchell & Austin firing up quick 3pters that were hardly good shots (Tommy's were worse, as he had not gotten any minutes since his injury and felt the need to launch at will)...............and where was the "time-out" called, during the Marist run, why NO, it was after they had started nailing the coffin on the Saints shut.

Again, I give him the benefit of the doubt in most areas.........but not on stuff that people sitting in our seats can see quite clearly..............the 3 coaches next to him are also there to point out stuff as the game develops if the coach gets rapt up in other specifics..........to this point in time, our staff is very slow to adjust to anything thrown at them.....which is NOT good.

I suppose they are learning as well, but Seymour (was a head coach) and Jackson (has been around the block a hundred times)........we have enough experience to help out in those areas!!!!

Lets see what they bring to the table tonight!!!!!!!!
