One thing about Hill, he’s got “onions”. He is basically sticking his tongue out at Fordham and its fans and saying “Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah-nah, you can’t fire me…no matter how many games I lose or what I say about you!”

I also LOVE the way he tries claim that he's secretly been very successful, at Fordham. A few rubes on the Fordham board even buy it, though the vast majority don't seem to.

If I were in charge at Fordham, I’d start playing hardball with Hill. I’d move his office into the basement, next to the boiler room, take away his parking space, schedule 5 trips to Buffalo next year (no offense to Griff & Eagle fans) announce his record on the PA ten times during every home game, and force him to fulfill every tiny detail of his contract, hire Dennis Rodman as associate AD and make Hill report to him :), etc., etc.

Then, I would offer him 25% of the remainder of his contract and maybe settle at 50% and get him out of there before he sets Fordham hoops back another 10 years.

I've really started to feel sorry for Fordham fans. They can be an arrogant bunch, but nobody deserves Hill as coach.

What would you do if Siena was stuck with Hill for 6+ more years?
