The people that are backing Hill up are, in my opinion, comprised of a handful of people who actually believe in him, and then I think you've got assorted backers of the program, be it people from the coaching staff or whomever, who are visiting the board in disguise. It would not surprise me a bit if an assistant coach or director of basketball operations, or somebody like that was posting pro-Hill comments. Because beyond them, there are so few people who are backing Hill.

The team is improving(last night's game was a one-point game with three minutes to play), despite the record, and they're not the same group that played Siena earlier in the year, but the bottom line is that they are 2-16, and that Hill has not yet had a winning season in now his fourth year. Any coach who posted a similar record would get fired. It's just a no-brainer.

The BS excuses about the administration and infrastructure are comical. As I said on the Fordham board, if Jim Baron were the head coach at Fordham(he was in the running when Hill was hired), the results would have been MARKEDLY different, as well as the attitude. And he wouldn't have made excuses.
