Aside from SBUs last 20 years results, the demographics, facilities, fan base and intangibles work against SBU when comparing it to Siena.

I mean, as if Albany weren't bad enough, I can't image a life in Olean, NY. Blech. At least there are other things to do in Albany. Does Olean even have a shopping mall? Running water, indoor plumbing?
