McNeil is fully qualified, a natural point guard, and a conventional point who is a distributor. For those reasons, I believe he would be a better fit. Beauford, from what I have heard, may not qualify. He's a combo, and a scorer. A bit of a different type of player. If Siena is looking for a natural point, McNeil would be a better fit, IMO.
