truth of the matter is that van schaick would not have come to siena anyway.
it was looking like he would go to an ivy league school.
his going to fairfield surprised a lot of people.
and tony after i told the siena staff about van schaick they went to see him and were most impressed.
they had mike down to the pepsi. so i guess i must have something on the ball.
the only problem i have with mike beers is that u guys make it sound like he is the greatest thing to ever hit siena.
we will see about that and i hope i have to eat crow. wont be the first time.
as for tiki mayben, i was at the ballston spa game. it was part of the annual ballston tournament. championship game.
i waited to post about it until after someone broke the story cuz i didnt know what happened in the locker room.
it is a shame that mayben has seemed to blow a career like he had in front of him. he is young enough though that he has a chance to redeem himself. a lot of schools will back off him now.
troy lost to ballston spa mayben had 19 points.
glens falls beat ballston spa van schaick had 21 at the half. finished with 30.
