That may not be true in some case there's always criteria for selection especially in industrial related businesses if you are applying for an employment or going to be interviewed. Those who are competent and eligible to be fetched up quickly are the once who readily provide all necessary documents including transcripts of of their uni. performance results etc. They don't shy away but sell themselves fully to be scooped up quickly . So it doesn't matter-if you beleive that you can find an employment with low grades its alright perhaps say ARTS SUBJECT but not easily with engineering, architecture, and most engineering sciences.
What I am really saying is-if you are still at uni perhaps you should study hard not only to pass exams but at least show that you can do it-its not hard, if you believe in your self(self esteem) and take up the opportunity seriously you have already develop a good(study habit) dicipline for life.
