And what were their ages? And when this happened, were you a boy or a grown man? Speaking for just myself, I don't have too much of a problem with it. I never had a changing room experience such as what you cite, but I did swim nude with a pair of brothers at their home while their sister was present and saw me naked, more than just a few time. This was after Title IX was passed in 1965, which stated that schools discriminating on the basis of gender cannot receive Federal funds. This clearly meant that boys couldn’t swim nude while girls swam swimsuited, but some schools also understood that to mean that boys and girls could not use separate but equal locker rooms and showers. We would go to the pool as a group and bring ten in with us. I'd say until they were 11 or so. Those last few years in particular they began to take an interest in the male parts of our anatomy more than they should have. When they were smaller it was not much of a concern.
