From the perspective of someone who is a little younger than your stepsister and has two girls close to your age living with me--Please talk to a trusted adult about how this must stop (and if you are in a very pro-spanking church, I mean someone out of this entirely, not someone who will gaslight you). I encountered all kinds of spanking situations in super pro-spanking Baptistville, some really crappy ones, but I never spoke to anyone who averaged 100 spankings a year.
