It has happened to me a few times, when wearing long t-shirts or sweatshirt that gets in the way of the spanking. If it gets in the way it gets taken off and a couple times I wasn't wearing a bra either, so breasts, bush and butt all on display.

Not fun and worse when in front of male onlookers. Never get pity from mom as embarrassment is part of the spanking.
