Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else?

I once saw my 19-yr-old stepsister Hayly get spanked at her college! Not in class or anything but she had been caught with booze so my parents took me to her town and checked into a hotel.

I knew she was going to get the belt on her bare bottom but she didn't know it until she showed up at the hotel surprised/happy to see us. Her face fell when her dad told her to take off her pants and panties as he took off his belt. She was blushing and begging.
