I think she absolutely enjoys it. She loves Bryan but she could tell from the moment she met him that he was a single child and spoiled rotten. She had said several times before it actually happened that he needed a trip over her knee. I think she feels as though she's giving him something he desperately needed.

My Mom is a widow so it's the three of us.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a turn on. It's really more funny and satisfying than anything. Seeing him across her lap getting his comeuppance is enjoyable at times, though there is a part of me that identifies with him and feels a bit sorry for him. But Mom never spanks anyone that doesn't fully deserve it.
