If it was sweat pants, Mom would lower bough at the same time with a smooth motion. If I was wearing a skirt or dress, yes she would reach up under it and bring down my underpants and then put me across her lap. I think I would have rather done it myself and I did in my teen years. My Dad however always lowered and raised up my underpants while inwas across his lap.
