I believe that only your parents and maybe a close relative if he happens to be visiting should be allowed to witness. Yes Stacie is fully undressed and like you, very sensitive about her bare breasts. Stacie is rather small up top like her mother. While I can't speak for all of her spankings, the few I have witnessed were like this. Fully dressed for lecture. Following lecture, instructed to undress completely. THere has also been tears and begging, please daddy, Uncle Nathan is here. My BIL and sis are firm. Everything off. No Stacie is not allowed to cover. No I have never asked any questions. In fact I'm not present when she undresses. That's very awkward for me as well. Once I hear the first lick of the strap impact her bottom I will appear and witness the leathering. Her parents have asked questions to be fully sure she understands why she is being punished. This is during lecture so she is fully clothed. No corner after, not when I have been there.
