At the very least you need to be present to show solidarity with your husband. Swallow the "flashbacks" and do this for the welfare of the children and your family.. Watching the kids spanked is already too much like when it was ME being spanked. I do understand when they deserve spankings it’s their own fault but it’s almost like I’m being punished also by being made to watch their bare bottom spankings. I don’t want to complain to my husband because he would agree with you who say I should watch in support of their spankings. He always says I spoil his kids to much. It’s a little true but I love them ooodles and when they get spankings they look so pathetic embarrassed and scared pleading not to be bared and spanked. And the same emotions spread through my body. I totally agree my sister should NOT be there watching the spankings but my parents weren’t shy about spanking us in front of each other or close relatives- and she is their aunt.
