Date Posted: 10:31:34 05/30/21 Sun I'm an advocate for having kids standing in a corner for a set period of time. What's nice, in my opinion, is that this can be a punishment all in itself or it can be used with a spanking. Since I also recommend that all spankings should be applied to a bared bottom, standing with a kid's bottom bared gives him or her the opportunity to think about the unacceptable behavior that led to this predicament. It can be the "last warning" before the behavior results in go over someone's lap for a painful spanking on said bare bottom. A kid who is going to be spanked afterward will be filled with dread which should serve to help the kid remember WHY he/she is being punished.
