Subject: q-630 PSU ----- 6500?????????????????

I am trying to power the 6500 board in my classic with a 630 psu, leaving the analog board to power it's self. The problem, that I am having in, and out of the classic is that the machine powers up, and stalls right after the happy mac. He just sits there on the screen. Will a 630 PSU not power a 6500 board? I know that 3.3v is not an issue at all, because the 6500 PSU does not produce 3.3. It is regulated on the logicboard. Any help?

The board tests good in a 5200. do I need a 6200 PSU? Some volts not there?
