Sorry I wasn't specific enough, I do have a 3.3V regulator installed. It's one I built with a variable regulator I picked up at Radio Shack and set with a trimmer pot to 3.3 volts. When I turn on the power to the CC I can hear the hard drive spin up and thats all I get. The button on the keyboard does nothing. I have a 630 board I can install and everything works fine. I put a small switch on the 3.3V regulator to make it easier to swap back and forth btwn boards. I'm really stuck, I've verified the voltage from the regulator with the 6400 board installed and powered up and it's right on 3.3 volts, I can't figure it out. removing the 3.3 volts from the board gives the exact same indications which makes me think the regulator circuit is somehow not working, but I have no idea why. Do you know if the board pulls any real current from the regulator with no PCI cards installed?
