The Color Classic with the 630 power supply worked with all my boards, and would work fine with a 6400.

But my advice is to not do this. The only way you can fit a 630 power supply in the case is to remove its sheilding. This places its AC circuits DANGEROUSLY close to the tube, the cooling fan, and various tall doodads on the color classic's old power supply. It's unnecessary for all but the most ambitious upgrades, and one slip-up can thoroughly barbeque all your labor in a brilliant but brief fireworks display.

A 630 power supply is hardly the rolls royce of computer hardware. Even if you do manage to shoehorn one in the case safely, its interference will wreak havoc with your picture quality.

A much better solution than the 630 power supply is to install a dedicated 5v supply. As 12v is hardly used at all, you might as well just add what you need. A dedicated 5v supply will give a lot more 5v amps than the same size 5v/12v, and you can buy them in a very manageable size.
