It all depends on how "predominant" the predominant color tint is ...

Misaligned color controls (the pots to the left of the geometry controls) can produce a color tint . Proper realignment can correct that problem, and/or bring a picture which has drifted over time (due to aging components) back into 'spec'.

Then again, if an analog(ue) component has indeed failed, no amount of tweaking will correct the error.
