My dad has always been very protective of my mom and whenever I upset her, my butt paid for it. Once I figurered this out, I cut my spankings way down. I only got 6 or 7 this past year and it will be even lower in 2026 if I can just control my mouth better.
I read about the older kids driving which is another year and a half away for me. Dad has made it clear that driving is a privilege that needs to be earned and can be easily taken away. I guess this means I have to start showing I'm up to it. I guess this is my New Years resolution.
