I totally get what you're going through. My dad does the same thing he spanks me bare right in front of everyone, no matter who's over. It's like he thinks it's some kind of lesson or something.

I think parents do it in front of others because they want to make sure we're embarrassed enough to learn our lesson. Like, if everyone sees us getting spanked, we'll be too ashamed to misbehave again. It's like they're using shame as a punishment?
