Some of our older members might remember a device from the 80's called the Clapper.

For the rest of our members, it was a sound activated electronic switch device that you plugged into your electrical outlet, then you would plug a lamp into it. The idea was that you could clap your hands and the lights would turn on or off. This would save you having to get out of bed to turn the lights off. Or allow you to turn the lights on if you needed to get out of bed when the room was already dark. (Google it. It's kinda cool.)

Anyway, I got to imagining if the Clapper was installed in a room where spankings occur. I can picture a scene where a rapid-fire spanking was taking place and the lights switching on and off like a strobe light in a disco. The poor boy would get dizzy in addition to his bottom being set on fire. (figuratively, of course)

Just a silly idea (in a non Jerry-length post)
