I was thinking about this and there is that: I remember I “suffered” with two friends when there was a punishment that hurt feelings. I “suffered” also with 1 other when he insulted his parents. Both was weird and I did not know where to look, what to feel and I saw what this did to them.

The spankings I get set my bottom on fire but that “hurt” is all I always got. About a lots I have forgotten even what they were exactly for! It is a mix in my head but mostly is there, I got a lesson about I messed up and learned how to behave like I have too by really really trying to avoid it. I do not like the long talks of Dad before, but well maybe they are important.
Anyway, I haven’t forgotten my suffering-feelings about these friend experiences. And they weren’t even about me!

I am only 16 and I don’t want that responsibility thing at all for ages in the future but I really hope I can have a relationship with my maybe-kids like I have with my parents.
I know about spankings, so if they will be needed to teach right from wrong and to achieve that relationship, oh, yeah and if it is okay with their Mother - yes, I think I will spank. Maybe I won’t use an implement tho.

I am from Europe, wooden “paddles” are an American culture thing and we don’t need to copy that. But esp since I don’t know how it feels to get it with such a board I won’t say everyone deserves to get spanked with one at all. I have sometimes an idea where my Dad could help someone with 😂tho.
