Hello Liam,

I am Mr Simons. I am a teacher from the UK, who often writes on here.

If that is your dad's rule, you are going to have to follow it. But, why don't you like it, young man? If you are really well mannered towards the adults you meet you are going to earn a lot of admiration and respect. I absolutely love to meet respectful young people. If a young person greeted me with, "Good morning, Sir, it's lovely to meet you," it would absolutely make my day! You are going to have the reputation of being a very well mannered boy who is a credit to your parents.

It's a good thing, Liam. My advise if to fully embrace it, like our good friend Lucas has!

Mr Simons

PS. There is already a Liam posting on here. Maybe you should use a username that will distinguish you from him. Laim2 or something?
