I'm jealous! I love watching a fire burn. I wish we had a fireplace. I'd even willingly schlep in the firewood to keep it going. Er... maybe: Do you have to fell the trees and saw the logs to fit, too, or do you buy the wood already cut and split? Ah, that brings up two more questions: do you store the wood in a woodshed and if so, is that woodshed ever used for its traditional purpose as a place where you get taken for a spanking? In any case, enjoy the fire, just so long as it's in the fireplace and not your butt!!
