Well from what you have already posted here I think that he already does obey you or he wouldn't subject himself to letting you spank him.

You also say, "He decides to make it stiff, and he can decide to make it not stiff."

NO, he doesn't decide to make it get stiff, so he CAN'T make it not stiff.

As for his penis being stiff, I think I once explained to you that he has NO CONTROL when it gets stiff.

Like most boys he gets stiff if his boy parts are exposed, and he can't make it go away just by thinking it to get soft...IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.

No, his penis is just a penis, and it is neither naughty or behaved.

He doesn't have a medical condition where he gets erect, so there is nothing for you to "cure".
