Dear Mrs Annette, what you describe is almost perfect! Though they don't kiss your hand and from my point of view it is an omission. I'm sure that for your husband it would be a pleasure (along with a good educational effect, of course). Sometimes when my Mistress is going to spank me and orders me to come up, I come up on my fours and if she is still sitting on a sofa, I cannot resist the temptation to kiss her knees.
