Hi Sarah and others. You are right as my wife and I only found out over this last Christmas holidays--it is super effective and adds a new dimension to the spankings of our children when we spank them in front of others. Yes, it is super embarrassing and super effective both.

We have two children, Susan, 14 who is in the 8th grade now and Charlie, 12 who is in the 6th grade. They have always been spanked in front of each other since they were quite small and my wife and I have always felt that this made the spanking of either one a good lesson for both, and we felt that the embarrassment factor also made each spanking more effective.

My wife does the spankings, with me present when I am home, and she typically spanks most often after dinner or at bedtimes when I am there. Since she was about 11 or 12, Susan has always gotten fiercely embarrassed when my wife strips her naked for a spanking in front of me and when my wife sends her to me for comforting after her spanking and after she has danced out the immediate fire when the spanking has ended. Her face, and not just her bottom and thighs, is red as a beet when I take her on my lap for hugs and kisses.

And, of course, getting spanked naked for all these years in front of her younger brother has always had her blushing fiercely anyway, but I have to add that Susan comes on the run from anywhere in the house she happens to be whenever it is Charlie who is going to be spanked. And she kneels right in front of the couch at her mother's knees to watch those spankings when they occur--and she never misses a whack or bellow when her brother is getting it or dancing it out!

Over this past Christmas holidays--not once but twice!--it happened that other kids in attendance got spanked right in front of everyone by their parents, and I don't ever remember that happening at early holiday festivities.

On one occasion, in front of a houseful of relatives, about 12 adults and I guess about 18 kids from about 15 down to age 3 or 4, two sisters who were 12 and 10 got into a yelling match, and to the delight of all of us their mother took them into the living room and bared their bottoms and spanked both very thoroughly while kids and adults crowded around to watch.

On the second occasion, in front of a much smaller group of three couples and seven children, a 14-year old boy shoved one of the girls too roughly while shooting hoops out in front of the hosts' garage--she fell and skinned her knee so that it bled and she cried lustily, and the father of that boy took him into the living room, stripped him naked, put him lying over one arm of the couch and strapped his bottom and thighs until he bawled the house down!

And, I have to add, the father was not at all deterred that the boy exposed a rigid erection when his father made him take off his pants and briefs for the belting in front of all the watching children and adults, nor was he at all concerned after the strapping when the boy had to stand in a corner with his hands on his head to cry it out--and when he again was hugely erected before his father finally allowed him to dress and rejoin the other children. Watching the face of that spanked boy, naked at 14 in front of everyone, and the faces of the children present and seeing their reactions was an eye-opener for my wife and I. Talk about kicking up the effect of the spankings on the spanked child about 100 percent!

In sum, since this last December, my wife and I have now on several occasions when we have had the company of other adults (two or three couples) given our children promised spankings in the nude in front of the gathered group--usually before dinner--so that our son and daughter had to experience the intense embarrassment that the boy of 14 had experienced last December--being naked and spanked in front of everyone.
On one other occasion, when my sister and her husband and her three children (11, 9 and 7) were present, both of my kids were given a previously promised spanking in front of the whole family group on the Sunday when we all got back from church. Our kids had been promised the evening before that they would be spanked after church the next day.

In sum, we have found that spanking our kids in front of others adds a definite upgrade to the effect on them of the spankings and we intend to continue to do this whenever the appropriate circumstances arise. Donald
