Hello Marge,
Although I have two daughters (14, 16), my close sister is the mother of a boy with the same problem! He’s 13, and is spanked regularly for many different reasons!
The first time he started doing it, her first reaction was a little different- she didn’t want any big mess like he was producing, as it’s already a big effort to spank his bottom! So, before spanking him, she would make him take off his underwear and let her put a little bit of masking tape on him- one piece, she would cover up his little hole where the ejaculation comes out, and the other she would use to tape it to his stomach. That way, if he did become erect during his spanking, she wouldn’t have anything annoyingly poke her lap, and no cleanup other than removing the tape!
Personally, I would suggest getting a girls pad and taping that over his thing, which should be tucked in between his legs. That way, no matter how much comes out, there won’t be any leaking!
As for the ejaculating and heavy crying after his spankings, there’s not much more you can do than stand with him and tell him his reaction is healthy! Of course, he’s still a little, or it’s important to be very gentle with these things.
