Several random thoughts:
When my nephew was 10-11 years old and started having regular erections when bared for a spanking, I told my sister that there might be a time in the future when he might ejaculate during a spanking … and that he almost certainly would masturbate in the privacy of his bedroom after a spanking. She accepted that possibility and determined that she would not punish him if it did happen during a spanking, but that she would prefer that it not; especially not on her lap.
As he progressed further into puberty and we both became aware that he could ejaculate (and was masturbating regularly after spankings), she changed her spanking routine. Instead of hand spanking him over her lap, she started having him bend forward and place his hands on the seat of a dining room chair, and she used a hairbrush as a paddle on his bare bottom.
That was last summer, and she has continued that practice, as well as directing me to change from hand spankings here at my place, to now using a strap for most of his discipline here. I do still have the option of giving him hand spankings, but have still never had him ejaculate on my lap during a spanking.

I understand that does not fully address your situation of “not minding” when your son does ejaculate on you during a spanking, but I wanted to address our family’s way of handling the situation.
