I fully cooperate with the spankings I get from my dad, and there are six reasons why.

1. I'm required to, or else I will be punished with even more spankings.

2. It's a matter of safety. If my dad is swinging the paddle, it's important for my safety that it hits squarely on my butt. So it's dangerous for me to squirm while he's in mid-swing.

3. I'm 20 years old, not 5. I should have enough maturity and dignity to take my punishment well.

4. Spankings are done for my own good. As painful as it may be, I know I shouldn't resist something meant to help me.

5. One thing I struggle with is self-control, which is a big part of what leads to me getting so many spankings. Practicing using my willpower to submit to a spanking even while the pain is telling me to resist helps me practice self-control. There is nothing I want to do more in the moment than jump up and cover my butt. So I have to exercise a lot of restraint by not doing that.

6. Submitting to my spankings shows respect for and obedience to my dad.
